Pod Connection and Disconnection

Currently, pods do not support programmatic creation and deletion, so the user must create a pod and manually connect it to the pico. Once connected, only manual disconnection using the disconnect action and pico deletion will disassociate the pod from the pico (meaning that the pod connection is persistent).
